ClearPrice Clipper — Privacy Policy

ClearPrice Clipper (“the extension”) helps you save Spanish real-estate listings to your ClearPrice account and track their prices over time.
What we collect
When you click “Track” on a supported listing (Idealista, Habitaclia, Fotocasa, Pisos.com), the extension reads that page’s public listing information — such as price, size, location, and the listing URL — and sends it to the ClearPrice service. The extension also stores a connection token that links it to your ClearPrice account.
What we do not collect
The extension does not read your browsing history, the contents of other tabs, form data, passwords, or any personal information. It only reads the supported real-estate listing pages you actively visit.
How we use it
Listing data is used solely to provide price tracking and market analytics in your ClearPrice account. To keep prices current, the extension periodically re-checks a small number of listings in the background and reports price changes.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Retention & deletion
Tracked-listing data lives in your ClearPrice account; you can remove it there. You can revoke the extension’s access at any time from your ClearPrice settings.
